Hospitality industry veteran Jay Litt has announced the launch of The Litt Group, a boutique hotel capital project administration firm. The company is to specialize in negotiating property improvement plans with brands, retaining purchasing and design groups, third party report analysis, freight and warehousing logistics, and negotiation with general contractors.

Mr Litt has been involved in hotel operations for over 45 years, and was most recently Executive Vice President of Asset Management with Waramaug Hospitality Asset Management since its formation in 2010. Prior to that he has held various positions within the industry, including general manager, owner and corporate officer for both Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Patriot American/Wyndham International. While at Wyndham International, he also served as Chief Procurement Officer, where he oversaw a $500 million procurement budget.
