Outrigger selects Annette, The Virtual Hotel Agent

Travel Outlook the Premier Hotel Call Center (“Travel Outlook”) announced that Outrigger Hotels and Resorts has signed a contract for the design and implementation of Travel Outlook’s Annette, The Virtual Hotel Agent.  Annette is the hospitality industry’s first AI-powered voice assistant, purpose-built to reduce fixed-labor costs with a distinct human touch.
