
The Lytle Park Hotel, part of the Autograph Collection and an AAA Four-Diamond property, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Sweet as its new General Manager and Area Managing Director. With a dynamic career spanning over two decades in hospitality, Sweet brings a wealth of operational expertise, culinary background, and a leadership style rooted in empowerment, collaboration, and guest-focused service.
A native of the hospitality industry, Sweet began his career in culinary arts, rising through the ranks from restaurant kitchens to executive chef positions in cities including San Diego, Denver, Dallas, New York, and Indianapolis. His deep understanding of food and beverage operations led to progressive leadership positions in hotel management, including Director of Operations, General Manager, and Vice President of Operations at Pyramid Global Hospitality. After nearly 15 years with Pyramid Global Hospitality and a brief retirement, Sweet is thrilled to return to the company and lead The Lytle Park Hotel into its next chapter of success.

In his new role, Sweet will oversee operations at The Lytle Park Hotel as well as its sister properties, The Phelps and the AC Hotel at The Banks. As General Manager and Area Managing Director, he will guide the hotel’s continued excellence while fostering innovation, strengthening culture, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Known for his approachable, associate-first leadership style, Sweet’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the property.
