GuestRevu named best in class for the fourth time at HotelTechAwards

GuestRevu is honoured to announce our fourth win in the annual HotelTechAwards in both of our categories: Guest Feedback and Reputation Management.

The GuestRevu team couldn’t be prouder of this year’s win which comes hot on the heels of the launch of GuestRevu LITE, a new, free forever version of our award-winning software.

The 2023 HotelTechAwards determined the best hotel software products across several categories, based primarily on customer feedback, along with other key data points such as integration compatibility, organisational health, market share, partner network strength, and customer support quality.

This year’s competition was one of the toughest so far, with Hotel Tech Report reaching over 2.5 million hoteliers and gathering over 16k product reviews, ensuring that results are not simply based on the subjective opinions of judges or a handful of users, but are the outcome of data from the widest range of users possible and include other comprehensive determining factors to ensure a non-biased, objective list of top hotel technology companies. A win for GuestRevu in both our categories is certainly an achievement the team is exceptionally proud of.
