Specific examples of TPG‘s 2022 management assignments included: Kimpton Monaco Inner Harbor – Baltimore, MD; Courtyard by Marriott – St. Petersburg, FL; Holiday Inn Express – Gaffney, South Carolina; Fisher Inn Resort & Marina – Islamorada, Florida, and the Chatham Wayside Inn, Chatham, Massachusetts.
