In his new role, Montagnani will oversee six exceptional properties in the region: Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & Spa, Victoria Beach, Villa Cipressi, Hotel Royal Victoria, and the brand’s newest additions, Bianca Relais and Casa du Lac.
With over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Montagnani has built an impressive career in the industry, holding leadership roles at prestigious hotels where he focused on driving operational excellence. He joined R Collection Hotels six years ago as the General Manager of the Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & Spa. During his tenure, Montagnani played a pivotal role in the successful reopening of the hotel after a comprehensive three-year renovation. His efforts in enhancing guest experiences, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth have been instrumental in establishing the Grand Hotel Victoria as a five-star destination.
