Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company driven by a promise to provide owners with an increased return on their assets, announced two key additions to its development team is Vice President of Business Development roles.
Kevin J. O’Neil and Richard T. Sprecher will join the company as Vice Presidents of Business Development. They will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and growing Resolute Road Hospitality‘s footprint throughout North America.

They understand the competitive edge that the Resolute Road management approach can offer owners, along with the focus, attention, and transparency we will deliver to them. Having Richard and Kevin on the team will allow us to grow our portfolio across the country and work with owners looking for a true partner in their management company.”
O’Neil joins the team with over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry. Starting out in hotel operations, he has spent most of his career working in brand development. During his tenure, he sold over 275 hotel franchises for 15 different brands in 36 states. More recently, O’Neil served as Franchise Development Manager for the Rhino 7 Franchise Sales Organization, where he was part of a team that sold over 100 territories in 11 months. He graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado. O’Neil is based in Charleston, South Carolina.
Sprecher mostly recently served as Vice President of Development for Meyer Jabara Hotels and Vice President of Business Development for Aimbridge Hospitality. Prior to Meyer Jabara, he spent 17 years at Choice Hotels International as Director of Franchise Sales. Sprecher has sold over 140 hotel management contracts and over 200 hotel franchise agreements. In addition, Sprecher established the Distressed Hotel Asset Division and obtained the company’s first receivership assignment. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Sprecher currently serves on the Advisory Committee for Middle Tennessee State University’s Hospitality program and is on the planning committee for the Southern Lodging Summit. He is based out of Nashville.
