In continuing with their rebranding, CordeValle has hired Goran Basarov as the NEW Executive Chef of their three iconic restaurants.
Born and raised in Macedonia, Basarov is a self-taught chef with over 6+ years of experience who will take the helm at CordeValle’s flagship restaurant Il Vigneto, as well as Lion’s Peak Grill, One Iron Bar and in-room dining. Basarov combines his family recipes with CordeValle’s signature, locally-sourced California influence for a truly unique dining experience.
Recently the Executive Chef of Plumpjack Group’s Balboa Cafe, not only will Basarov create a new reimagined menu at CordeValle, he’ll also provide members and guests with an expertly-paired culinary experience during the popular ‘Monthly Wine Dinners.’ He incorporates flavors from Mediterranean and Latin American Cuisines providing a spin on CordeValle’s popular dishes – i.e. Ahi Tuna Tartare, Grilled Kauai Shrimp – for a unique yet intriguing menu reimagination.
