Auberge Resorts Collection today announced the appointment of Michelle Caporicci as General Manager of Madeline Hotel & Residences and Regional Vice President to oversee the brand’s four Colorado destinations.

As General Manager of Madeline, Michelle will oversee the mountain resort’s guest services and experiences, which position Madeline as a luxury basecamp for endless Rocky Mountain adventures. Alongside Madeline, she will also oversee the resort’s neighboring sister properties – the private slope-side luxury residential collection, Element 52; and the 15,000-acre Sleeping Indian Ranch. At the iconic Hotel Jerome in Aspen, she will join the talented leadership team as they continue on their journey to marry the hotel’s storied past with contemporary lifestyle.

“We are delighted to welcome Michelle to the Auberge Resorts Collection family,” said Craig Reid, President and Chief Executive Officer, Auberge Resorts Collection. “Each of our Colorado properties has distinct characteristics reflecting its own rich Western legacy and Rocky Mountain heritage. Michelle’s experience as an accomplished hotelier and her personal affinity for the great outdoors will further elevate these exceptional mountain playgrounds in the Auberge portfolio.”

An avid hiker, solo traveler and yoga enthusiast, Caporicci joins the collection with an eagerness to convey the region’s unforgettable mountain lifestyle and legacy, along with her personal passion for adventure, to those both familiar with or new to Colorado.

“Throughout my career, I’ve always valued brands that place emphasis on creativity, sense of place and unparalleled guest experience,” Caporicci said. “From Madeline’s Sky Terrace, which gives guests a year-round, front row look at Telluride’s snow-capped San Juan Mountains; to Bad Harriet, the underground bar that artfully adapts the Jerome’s roots to its modern day self; and the majestic private estate, Sleeping Indian Ranch, that pays homage to the legendary lodges of Yellowstone and Yosemite, Auberge sets the bar high for imaginative luxury experiences. I couldn’t feel more fulfilled to join this bright and forward-thinking team.”

Caporicci joins Madeline Hotel & Residences and Hotel Jerome from the St. Regis and Westin Langkawi, where she served as Managing Director. A California native, Caporicci began her journey in luxury hospitality at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, where she employed her consumer-oriented mindset in catering and conference services. She later held to leadership positions in Maryland and China before earning the title of Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The Ritz-Carlton, Asia Pacific in Hong Kong.
