MEININGER Hotels prepares for 2021 with Oaky

MEININGER Hotels OakyBerlin-based MEININGER Hotels has announced its roll out of Oaky across its 29 and counting properties in Europe.

The hybrid brand plans to offer its diverse customer base an even more personalised stay experience with an automated yet personalised upsell initiative. Known for their modern design and central locations, MEININGER Hotels are arming themselves with the best tools possible to meet market recovery head on.

Oaky uses engaging, modern guest communication to promote targeted, personalised offers to increase the value of every booking. MEININGER Hotels can automate this process via Oaky and offer all guests the chance to customise their stay with ancillary products and services before and during their trip. That way travellers have the best experience possible and the hotels can effortlessly boost their average spend per guest.

One of the main reasons for MEININGER Hotels to implement an automated upselling solution was to reach more people with their upselling and cross-selling offers. Oaky makes it easy to do that since it sends targeted emails to guests regardless of the channel they book through. MEININGER Hotels went another step further and created their offers in eight different languages to further personalise the guest experience and lift conversion rates.
