Queensway Group, a developer and management platform for brands such as The Sloane Club and Point A Hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Pilbeam as Commercial Director.
In this role, Pilbeam will be responsible for driving the company’s growth efforts, with a focus on further development of proprietary data and analytics platforms to deliver a great guest experience whilst optimising business performance.
Pilbeam brings more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry including British Airways and Avios, with a background in loyalty, data, and analytics. He has a proven track record of driving growth and improving guest satisfaction with a customer-centric approach.
This is even more important at a time when the industry is bouncing back from the effects of the pandemic which effectively halted domestic and international travel.
