Dorchester Collection has promoted Eugenio Pirri to chief culture and operations executive. Based in Dorchester Collection’s corporate London office, Pirri will report directly to chief executive officer, Christopher Cowdray.
In his new role, Pirri will now assist Christopher Cowdray in driving operational initiatives and impacting the Dorchester Collection culture and business through engagement, strategic initiatives and programme management. He will continue to oversee the company’s people, culture and belonging strategy, and, as protector of the Dorchester Collection culture, Pirri will ensure it filters through all future projects and operational initiatives by strengthened leadership participation.
Since joining Dorchester Collection in 2011, Pirri has been instrumental in ensuring that Dorchester Collection’s culture is strongly embedded in the organization, and for the past two years, he has played a significant role working with the leadership and operational teams, providing support and direction through a challenging period for the hospitality industry.
