Piero Procida named Director of F&B at The Beverly Hilton

Piero Procida The Beverly HiltonThe Beverly Hilton, announced the appointment of Piero Procida, as Director of Food & Beverage.

Procida will oversee the operations of the iconic hotel’s food and beverage team including signature restaurant CIRCA 55, as well as The Veranda at CIRCA 55, and catering and banquets– an integral part of the fabric of The Beverly Hilton’s outstanding history of hosting red carpet events, weddings and more.

In addition, Procida will play an essential role in weaving the hotel’s service, style, and elegance throughout all dining outlets and creating innovative new offerings, further propelling The Beverly Hilton as a culinary destination within Beverly Hills.

With over eight years of experience in food and beverage management spanning across fine dining, banquets, weddings and large-scale events, Procida brings his strong management skills, service-driven perspective, and creativity to The Beverly Hilton team. Prior to The Beverly Hilton, he held the position of Director of Food & Beverage of The London West Hollywood and additional positions as director of outlets, food and beverage manager, and banquets manager, overseeing the hotel’s culinary operations including Gordon Ramsey’s Boxwood. He has his private pilot’s license, is an avid aviator, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
