InterContinental Kuala Lumpur has appointed Ben Hafiez as Chef Concierge. Bringing 10 years of hospitality experience and part of the crème de la crème of the world’s concierge community – the Les Clef d’Or, Ben is also the youngest Chef Concierge amongst 5-star deluxe hotels in Malaysia. In his role at the brand’s flagship hotel, Ben will lead his concierge team to deliver quality service that ensures each guest gets a great experience.
A vital role, excellent concierge service is a hallmark of the InterContinental brand. Ben will be working closely with a network of InterContinental concierge’ throughout the world to ensure the service offered is consistent across the brand and aims to redefine luxury concierge services to a whole new level in Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to joining InterContinental Kuala Lumpur, Ben was Chef Concierge at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
