Radisson Hotel Group continues strong growth trajectory in Saudi Arabia ahead of Future Hospitality Summit 2025

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world’s leading hotel groups, reaffirms its commitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region as it prepares to participate in the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) this May in Riyadh. With a focus on shaping the future of the regional hospitality sector, the Group continues its ambitious growth, aligning closely with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

CurrentlyRadisson Hotel Group’s Middle East portfolio includes almost 100 hotels in operation and under development. The Group is on track to reach 150 hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments in the region by 2030, reinforcing its position as a leading hospitality provider.

In Saudi Arabia alone, Radisson Hotel Group currently boasts 47 properties in operation and  under development. This represents nearly half of the Group’s footprint in the Middle East, underscoring the Kingdom’s strategic significance within its expansion strategy.

Recent openings in the Kingdom include the opening of Radisson Hotel Group’s first hotel in Madinah: Radisson Hotel Madinahfurther strengthening its presence across the holy cities, as well as the opening of the 310-key Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre, Riyadh Minhal further solidifying the Group’s presence in the capital. Upcoming openings include Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Al SahafaRadisson Hotel Jeddah Tahlia Street, both opening in Q2, and Radisson Collection Residence, Riyadh, and Radisson Hotel & Residences, Makkah Thakher City, set for a Q4 opening. each aligned with the Group’s strategy to serve both religious and leisure tourism markets.

Manage Operational Plan

The Group has also deepened its local partnerships through a notable agreement with Knowledge Economic City (KEC) with the sighing of Park Inn by Radisson in Madinah’s Islamic World District and an MoU signed with the Saudi Tourism Authority during Arabian Travel Market (ATM), further cementing its collaborative role in supporting the Kingdom’s tourism ecosystem.
