TRIP INN hotel group partners with SIHOT to fulfil growth ambitions

The TRIP INN Hotel Group has partnered with SIHOT, one of the world’s leading hotel management systems, to support business growth as it expands its portfolio.

Already live in 13 hotels in Germany, TRIP INN chose SIHOT.PMS cloud SaaS solution as its dedicated Property Management System (PMS) for its properties, with the goal to migrate all 42 hotels with 2,900 beds to SIHOT over the coming year.

The first hotel went live with SIHOT in August 2023, prior to which TRIP INN was using an on-premise system with limited functionality. As TRIP INN expands its portfolio it requires a scalable solution to more easily support the growth of the brand – in 2024, Trip Inn has already grown by 10 properties.

Due to the diverse portfolio, TRIP INN will deploy a number of additional products to support the digitalisation of operations including SIHOT.POS, SIHOT.C&B, SIHOT.PAYENGINE, and activate supportive management modules including SIHOT.VOUCHER and SIHOT.MOBILE. The Germany-based brand will also benefit from direct interfaces with third party vendors including D-Edge for marketing and distribution tools.

TRIP INN will be installing SIHOT.KIOSK in some of its properties to understand the impact it has on staff and experience of its guests. And with the SIHOT reporting function, TRIP INN will be able to analyse data at both property and group-level with the ability to adapt the system to the needs of each property.

“SIHOT is great value for money. The user experience (UX) is very important because a lot of our hotel staff are new to the industry. It’s important that front desk teams have access to an intuitive PMS system when we have limitations in providing training. Therefore it is essential that the system is easy to understand and fast to use.”
