2020 is drawing to a close – and what a year it has been! The global Coronavirus pandemic hit the hospitality industry particularly hard, forcing virtually every hotel operator, whether big or small, to re-evaluate and pivot to a ‘new normal’ across all service departments. The challenges were many, but so too were the unexpected new opportunities that arose.
