Today, best-in-class hospitality operator Hotel Equities (HE) announces the management and recent opening of Home2 Suites by Hilton in Little Rock, Arkansas, a 104-suite hotel, developed by Pinnacle Hotel Group and owned by McCain Lodging. Just opened on September 9, Home2 Suites by Hilton is located at 18028 Chenal Parkway in the heart of Crossroads at Chenal, sitting directly across from the shopping and dining at the Promenade at Chenal and near the area’s expanding financial and medical community.

Patel co-leads Pinnacle Hotel Group alongside fellow principals Rocky Govind, Shawn Govind, and Nick Nagin. The project team also included contractor Integrity Construction, architect Sid Parekh, designer Apex Procurement and lender Relyance Bank.
