Remington Hospitality, a dynamic hotel management company providing genuine hospitality and deep operational expertise, announced today the addition of the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre to its third-party managed portfolio. The landmark downtown Indianapolis hotel is undergoing a significant renovation and repositioning that will transform the property into a Renaissance-branded hotel.

The 378-room property features extensive meeting and event space, a rooftop pool overlooking downtown Indianapolis, onsite dining outlets, and convenient access to the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the city’s business and entertainment districts.  Located on Monument Circle, the hotel is one of downtown Indianapolis’ most prominent hospitality assets and is well-positioned for long-term growth through the ownership’s planned investment and repositioning strategy.

“This is the type of opportunity that aligns exceptionally well with Remington’s strengths,” said Ben Perelmuter, President, Remington Hospitality“The combination of a landmark location, significant reinvestment, and an experienced ownership group creates a strong foundation for success. We look forward to working alongside Keystone Group to enhance the guest experience, support the property’s evolution, and drive meaningful results for the asset over the long term.”

The property was recently acquired by Keystone Group, which announced plans for a significant multi-phase renovation and repositioning to transform the hotel into Renaissance Indianapolis. The comprehensive transformation will include redesigned guestrooms and suites, enhanced meeting and event spaces, a reimagined rooftop pool experience, new food-and-beverage concepts, improvements to the property’s parking facilities, and upgrades to the public areas. The hotel is expected to remain operational throughout the renovation and rebranding.

The Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre adds another high-profile full-service hotel to the company’s portfolio as ownership advances one of the most significant hospitality redevelopment projects currently underway in downtown Indianapolis.
