Tucked away on a gently sloping beach, just at the end of the iconic Croisette, Bijou Plage is an institution in Cannes. This summer, the legendary beach bar and restaurant joins the growing Experimental Group family.
Bijou Plage is spread across a protected bay where two sandy coves overlook the crystal clear water of the natural, preserved area. Facing the Lérins Islands with the Esterel Massif on the horizon, the sunsets are a nightly spectacle of grandiose proportions. A short walk from the Palais des Festivals, where the celebrated Cannes Film Festival is held, Bijou Plage is at the heart of Cannois culture where locals and guests can enjoy the city’s heritage whilst overlooking the sea.
“Bijou Plage is a hidden gem. We want to keep the spirit of this historic beach of Cannes, its team and its restaurant where we look forward to welcoming everyone, with feet in the water and new cocktails to celebrate each sunset,” noted Olivier Bon, Co-Founder of the Experimental Group.
The restaurant, bar and the beach can be privatised for all types of professional or private events. Easy to access, welcoming to all, the beach is ideal for meeting in an enchanting setting.
