First Hospitality, a national hotel operating, management, and development company, announced today the promotion of Nadia Panasyuk to senior vice president of revenue management. In her new role, Panasyuk will continue to lead her team while leveraging commercial analytics to inform strategic decisions, driving AI automation initiatives, and expanding the revenue management team’s focus beyond RevPAR to overall profitability.

“Since joining First Hospitality two years ago, Nadia has enhanced our budgeting and forecasting processes, implemented strategies to grow our RevPAR Index, and prioritized our ownership relationships,” said Jenna Fishel, chief commercial officer of First Hospitality. “Her ability to drive measurable results while nurturing strong relationships with owners is a true testament to her leadership.”

Fishel added, “Nadia also brings a high level of dedication and commitment to her team. Her thoughtful and intentional approach to developing each team member is a clear example of the people-first leadership that strengthens our company for the long term.”

Prior to First Hospitality, Panasyuk built a dynamic revenue management culture while serving as a regional director of revenue management, overseeing a portfolio of 25 hotels and resorts. In this role, she leveraged her expertise in Marriott systems and strategies to facilitate market share growth and drive revenue performance across the portfolio. She has also held leadership positions at Westin Chicago River North, The Gwen (Chicago), W Atlanta-Buckhead, and the Westin Galleria and Westin Oaks (Houston).

“Nadia represents the kind of forward-thinking leadership that is critical to how we continue evolving our business,” said David Duncan, president and CEO of First Hospitality. “She understands that revenue management today is about more than driving topline performance, it’s about using data, technology and strong commercial discipline to create greater profitability and long-term value for our owners. We’re excited to see Nadia continue to expand her impact in this new role.”

Beyond her work at First Hospitality, Panasyuk continues to deepen her hotel industry presence through active involvement in events such as AHLA Forward and HSMAI. She most recently served as a speaker at the Hotel Data Conference in early August.
