LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and Inn on Fifth — both managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts — are pleased to announce the appointment of Marina Serret as Area Director of Sales & Marketing. In this role, Serret will lead the commercial strategy for both properties, overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue-generating initiatives to support long-term growth while strengthening each hotel’s position within the luxury travel market.
Together, LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and Inn on Fifth offer two distinct luxury experiences — from LaPlaya’s Gulf-front resort setting to Inn on Fifth’s vibrant downtown lifestyle destination — featuring 312 guestrooms, award-winning dining, and more than 24,500 square feet of event space.
Serret returns to Naples, where she began her hospitality career, bringing more than two decades of luxury hospitality experience. Most recently with Montage International, she has also held leadership positions with Auberge Collection, Mandarin Oriental, and The Ritz-Carlton, building commercial expertise across Forbes Five-Star resorts and premier urban luxury hotels.
Recognized for building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth through thoughtful commercial strategy, Serret has led market expansion, repositioning initiatives, and record-setting sales performance throughout her career. She is known for a collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity and accountability, and is passionate about developing authentic luxury experiences.
Returning to Naples with a renewed perspective, Serret believes the destination continues to evolve as one of the country’s premier luxury markets and looks forward to contributing to the continued success of both LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and Inn on Fifth while helping further elevate Naples’ luxury positioning.
