Sullivan, a distinguished figure in Central Florida’s hospitality scene for more than two and a half decades, transitions to Hotel Landy following his impactful role as Destination Sales Executive with Marriott International at the Sheraton Orlando LBV. His career showcases a pattern of excellence across the region’s most prestigious accommodations, including award-winning contributions at the Villas of Grand Cypress and Caribe Royale Resort. Sullivan particularly distinguished himself during his dual appointments at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, where he excelled both as National Sales Manager and as Director of Sales & Marketing for the property’s renowned golf club.
A Long Island native and Concord University graduate, Sullivan brings a personalized approach to hospitality that mirrors his dedication to family life. Together with his wife Doreen, he celebrates the accomplishments of their two Florida State University graduate daughters, Jillian and Abby, while embracing his cherished role as grandfather to young Beau.
