Condado Vanderbilt appoints a new GM at its acclaimed 1919 Restaurant

We’re excited to share that Bryan Solina Rivera has joined Condado Vanderbilt in San Juan, Puerto Rico as the new generalCondado Vanderbilt manager of its restaurant, 1919. As GM of 1919 Restaurant, Bryan will be responsible for the successful operation of the kitchen, staff, and restaurant logistics in collaboration with the Michelin-starred executive chef, Juan Jose Cuevas.

 Bryan Solino Rivera brings a roster of impressive and vast experience within the food and beverage industry including previous positions as food and beverage manager at Wilo Eatery and Bar, administrator, and sommelier at Gemilo Wine and Spirits, and Logistics Coordinator for the Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid in Spain. In addition to his professional work handling logistics and restaurant management, Bryan is also an expert sommelier with extensive professional training and practical experience. With a passion for improving customers’ dining experience, Bryan will focus on providing impactful and intentional recommendations as well as improvements to 1919 Restaurant.
