We’re excited to share that Bryan Solina Rivera has joined Condado Vanderbilt in San Juan, Puerto Rico as the new general manager of its restaurant, 1919. As GM of 1919 Restaurant, Bryan will be responsible for the successful operation of the kitchen, staff, and restaurant logistics in collaboration with the Michelin-starred executive chef, Juan Jose Cuevas.
