Henderson Beach Resort – Destin’s only luxury resort- is pleased to announce the appointment of John Carns as general manager. With
over two decades of hospitality industry experience, Carns will oversee daily operations of the beach resort.

Carns joins the Henderson family from Saddlebrook Resort – a premier golf and tennis hotel, where he served as the general manager. Carns also served as the general manager of the iconic Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort and Waldorf Astoria Orlando at Bonnet Creek. Additionally, Carns has held leadership roles at Ritz Carlton Naples and New Orleans Marriott Hotel.
