Leon Bolivar as new director of marketing in Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Today, Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is proud to announce the appointment of Leon Bolivar to the position of Director of Marketing. In this role, Bolivar is accountable for promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build awareness for Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, among various other projects.

With nearly 20 years of progressive marketing experience, Bolivar joins Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport from Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where he held the position of the Director of Marketing from 2019 to 2022.

“Marketing is a team sport, and I am honored to be collaborating with the Omni team when it comes to the creative process.” said the Director of Marketing at Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, Leon Bolivar. “I am eager to turn plans into action and continue to make Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport unlike any other hotel in Boston.”

Bolivar brings a wealth of expertise from his cross-industry experiences in digital media, entertainment, digital publishing, and hospitality brands, from a range of locations such as New York, Hawaii, and neighboring Cape Cod. Before his time at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, Bolivar served as the Marketing Manager at ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, where he managed the strategic planning and execution of all hotel marketing and promotions initiatives and projects. With a seasoned marketing background, Bolivar previously served as the Senior Digital Media Strategist at Hawaii News Now where he led his client contacts through digital media strategy, execution, and analysis for the local NBC and CBS affiliates. Bolivar holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Northeastern University and a certificate in Digital Marketing from New York University.

The 1,054-room Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is the newest luxury hotel in the City of Boston, and the most significant hotel project in the city for the last forty years. The property features seven outlets for drinking and dining, a signature spa, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool. It boasts more than 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space and caters to the most discerning clientele.
