BirchStreet Systems Appoints John McCaffrey Chief Customer Officer

BirchStreet Systems, the market leader in P2P software for the hospitality industry, announces the appointment of John McCaffrey as Chief Customer Officer. John will be reporting to Brendan Reidy, CEO of BirchStreet.

John has spent 30 years in the software sector as a key executive with a variety of global companies.

He has spent his career building premier technology firms, delivering high-performing solutions with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Prior to joining BirchStreet, John was Chief Operating Officer at Compeat Restaurant Management. He also served as General Manager-Americas for Top Image Systems, led Professional Services for Virtustream, an innovator in running SAP in the cloud, and managed the company’s largest strategic partner. John also held senior leadership roles at Clarus Systems, Adjoined Consulting, and US WEST. He is a former Air Force officer.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Princeton University, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Boston University, and a Master of Science in Management from the MIT Sloan School. He enjoys skiing, running, cycling, and traveling with his family.
