This year, Prince Waikiki is excited to continue growing its food and beverage programming with the announcement of its new Beverage Manager, Deon Togami.
Togami brings a diverse hospitality background to his new position at Prince Waikiki, where he will oversee beverage operations across the property, including in-room dining, the casual poolside Hinana Bar, and the hotel’s signature dining venue, 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar.
Most recently, Togami joins Prince Waikiki following two years’ working alongside Prince Waikiki’s new Executive Chef, Jeremy Shigekane, as Bartender at the celebrated M by Jeremy Shigekane. There, he overall the restaurants bar operations and created seasonal beverage menu items. As Togami reunites with Shigekane at Prince Waikiki, they will develop and curate menus that reflect the hotel’s fresh and signature approach to Island cuisine, and beverages that feature local produce and garnishes, curated spirits, and more.
