Scott BoguckiLeading Honolulu and Los Angeles-based hospitality management company Springboard Hospitality is pleased to announce the hiring of three new executives across its corporate team, expanding its revenue, marketing and sales, and operations departments.
With over 25 years in hospitality, Scott Bogucki joins Springboard Hospitality as Corporate Director of Revenue Management, where he will focus on maximizing revenue while guiding strategic initiatives across Springboard’s 38 properties. Bogucki has extensive experience in revenue management, previously holding positions at properties across the country ranging from select-service to luxury. Most recently, Bogucki served as Coroprate Director of Revenue at Provenance Hotels and HRI Lodging where he oversaw complex independent properties across the nation. Bogucki started his career in Denver at the iconic Brown Palace Hotel and then moved to San Francisco to work with brands such as Hilton Hotels, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
Von DeLuna joins Springboard Hospitality as Vice President of Operations, following an impressive 20-year tenure with Kimpton Hotels. Most recently, DeLuna served as General Manager of Kimpton Hotel Born in Denver and navigated its opening in 2017. Prior to that, DeLuna served as Regional Vice President of Operations at Sage Hospitality. At Springboard Hospitality, DeLuna is responsible for leading hotel operations across the growing portfolio and ensuring each hotel meets the high level of service excellence established by company standards and customers’ expectations.
As Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Susy Suescun, comes to Springboard Hospitality from Omni Hotels & Resorts, with over 29 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In her new role, Suescun will be responsible for leading and directing the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives. Prior to her time at Omni, Suescun served in marketing and sales roles at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels, and Marriott.
