The Estate Yountville has announced the appointment of Maritsa Victorian to the position of Director of Spa and Wellness. In this role, Victorian will oversee the luxury Spa including its daily operations and management of existing and new beauty and wellness offerings on property.
With 18 years of professional spa experience in diverse environments, Victorian most recently served as Director of Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley where her team-oriented philosophy and progressive leadership resulted in a successful and cohesive team that led to high levels of guest satisfaction and record breaking revenue and profit numbers. Prior to that role, she served as Director of Spa del Rey at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey, where she spearheaded a successful opening and strong business presence in the local community. She also successfully managed all operations at Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary and Nob Hill Spa at The Huntington Hotel.
Throughout her career Maritsa has also been an active member of the International Spa Association and The Green Spa Network.
