Alison Bybee has been named vice president of restaurants for the Hostmark Hospitality Group.
A seasoned hospitality and restaurant executive, her responsibilities include being intimately involved in the development of new restaurant concepts, as well as managing recent restaurant concepts in New Orleans and Key West and other existing restaurants in HHG’s portfolio.
She is a charter member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Food & Beverage Committee.
Bybee has a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater from the University of Michigan. In addition, she has a Level 1 Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
