Jon Dils has been promoted to General Manager of LON’s at The Hermosa Inn, announced Stephen Ast, Managing Director of The Hermosa Inn, a AAA Four Diamond luxury boutique hideaway in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
“As restaurant manager of LON’s, Jon has been a supportive leader and creative contributor to the success of the restaurant, banquet and bar operations and has led many of the resort’s important growth initiatives and service improvements that have been integral in achieving national recognition,” said Ast. “Jon’s hard work, dedication to his team, and his positive and cooperative engagement with his peers, makes him extremely deserving of this opportunity and I look forward to working with him as a valued executive team member.”
