JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, a design-led luxury hotel in Singapore, welcomes two new key appointments to its executive committee; Hotel Manager, Ms Luna Bajracharya and Executive Chef, Mr Simon Song.
Bringing with her a wealth of experience, Luna began her career at Shangri-La Singapore back in 2006. Over time, she subsequently moved into various managerial positions to include Director of Housekeeping and Director of Rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. Prior to her joining JW Marriott Singapore, she was the Director of Operations at Bvlgari Resort Bali.
Reporting directly to Managing Director Stephane Fabregoul, Luna will oversee day-to-day management of rooms, food and beverage, operations, engineering, all while ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
Bringing over twenty nine years of culinary experience from across hospitality establishments in Maldives, China and Singapore, Executive Chef Simon joined Marriott International’s luxury brand, The Ritz-Carlton Sanya Yalong Bay in 2017 before taking on his latest role of Executive Chef at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach. In his current role, Simon reports directly to Managing Director, Stephane Fabregoul and will lead the culinary operations across all Food and Beverage functions in the hotel to include restaurants, The NCO Club, the banquet kitchen and in-room dining.
