Brendon Partridge appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park

A New Zealand national, Brendon has a lifetime of experience in the international hospitality industry, including more than 15 years spent with the Marriott International family. Having initially joined the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, Australia, in 2003, he then relocated to Thailand in 2005 to join the culinary team at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa.

Brendon’s career took him to China in 2007 as he became Executive Chef at a succession of Marriott properties, including Sanya Marriott Yalong Bay Resort & Spa and Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel. He then joined JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi in 2013, to lead the newly-opened luxury hotel’s culinary team.

During his impressive career, Brendon has welcomed and cooked for several world leaders, including Barack Obama, the Former U.S. President; Xi Jinping, President of PR China; and Moon Jae-in, President of South Korea.

Brendon now brings his extensive experience and talent to guests at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok’s largest hotel and the only Marriott Marquis hotel in the Asia Pacific region.
