The Cotswold House Hotel & Spa is delighted to announce the appointment of Craig Webb to the role of General Manager. Having worked in various roles across the Bespoke Hotels portfolio over the past decade, including as opening General Manager of the Wood Norton, as well as at the helm of The Lambert Arms, Craig brings a wealth of experience at quality hotels in the Cotswolds and beyond.

“I am delighted to be joining such a famed institution as Cotwold House”, Webb commented. “I have long held the Cotswolds region close to my heart and look forward to building on all the good work of the previous management and embracing the challenge of taking the property to the next level.”

Alongside this change in personnel, the Cotswold House property will also be benefitting from significant investment in the coming year, totaling around £1 million pounds across both the facilities and décor of a wide range of areas.

“The investment will be substantial and will focus primarily on the public areas of the hotel”, confirmed Graham Marskell, Managing Director for Bespoke Hotels. “We are excited at the prospect of unlocking the hotel’s vast potential, both through the new managerial appointment and the substantial investment set to take place during the coming year.”
