Riyadh’s hotel industry reported steady performance levels compared with recent months, according to preliminary February 2022 data from STR.
- Occupancy: 72.2%
- Average daily rate (ADR): SAR652.09
- Revenue per available room (RevPAR): SAR471.01
This was Riyadh’s third February since 2015 with an occupancy level above 70%. Additionally, the RevPAR level was the market’s second-highest of the pandemic era, behind December 2021 (SAR472.07).
