Salamander Collection has appointed Elena Peroulakis as Director of Sales and Marketing at PGA National Resort, South Florida’s premier golf and luxury resort destination. This addition further strengthens the resort’s executive leadership team as it continues to build on the momentum of its transformative new era.
With more than two decades of hospitality leadership experience across South Florida’s luxury, resort and conference hotel market, Peroulakis brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams and elevating brand positioning in highly competitive destinations. Her appointment underscores PGA National Resort’s continued investment in top-tier talent as the iconic property expands its presence as a leading destination for leisure travel, meetings, events and golf getaways.
Peroulakis, who serves on Palm Beach County Tourist Development Council Board of Directors, joins PGA National Resort from The Ben West Palm, Autograph Collection, where she served as Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to The Ben, she spent nearly a decade as Director of Sales and Marketing at Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place. Her previous leadership experience also includes senior sales roles at Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa, Palm Beach Gardens Marriott, and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Palm Beach Gardens, where she consistently drove market share gains, strengthened group business, and cultivated long-standing client relationships.
Set across more than 800 acres in Palm Beach Gardens, PGA National Resort recently completed a celebrated $100 million transformation that redefined the guest experience, and under new ownership, further improvements are being planned.
