Nele Breitbart appointed Head of Asset Management at Waramaug Hospitality

Waramaug Hospitality, one of the premier privately held hotel investors and asset managers in the United States, announced today the appointment of Nele Breitbart as Executive Vice President & Head of Asset Management. In this role, Nele will lead the asset management oversight of Waramaug’s hospitality portfolio. She will work closely with executive leadership, hotel management companies, and property teams to optimize all aspects of the operations of the properties and maximize financial performance for Waramaug’s partners and investors.

Prior to joining Waramaug, Nele served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at BRE Hotels & Resorts, where she oversaw a diverse national portfolio and was promoted for her leadership and results. She began her career as an analyst at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and spent over a decade at hotelAVE, a leading hotel asset management advisory firm.

Nele holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and is a board member of the Hotel Asset Management Association (HAMA).
