Amir Mustafa has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of B&B HOTELS USA, succeeding Valerio Duchini, who was recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Western Europe.

Before joining B&B HOTELS USA, Amir Mustafa held various leadership positions at Extended Stay America and served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality.

His expertise has demonstrated leadership based on strategic vision, rigorous execution, and a commitment to excellence.

B&B HOTELS aims to pursue its growth ambitions in the rapidly expanding American market. Amir’s arrival will be key in significantly strengthening the brand’s development in the US and renovating the Group’s 5 hotels to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

At the age of 57, Amir is a graduate of Ain Shams University and the executive education program at Harvard Business School.
