IDeaS Revenue Solutions, the world’s leading provider of automated revenue management software and services, announced the return of Russ Stanziale. Stanziale joined the company in the role of chief sales and growth officer, effective June 1, 2022.
Stanziale spent more than 20 years leading successful marketing, sales, and software organizations, including four years at IDeaS as vice president of global sales. His new role will be key in expanding the company’s growth into new commercial business functions that include innovations beyond room revenue management as well as oversight of the company’s global sales organization.
- Positive client engagement – Stanziale will lead the solution engineering and sales leadership teams with an eye on propelling global sales growth while ensuring a positive impact on client business outcomes.
- Scale and sophistication – As IDeaS continues its ongoing trajectory beyond the traditional revenue management offerings, Stanziale will engage in the innovation of new go-to-market strategies and product offerings as well as strategic relationships to amplify the company’s growth.
Ravi Mehrotra, co-founder, and president, IDeaS, said: “I am truly excited to welcome Russ back to the team. His genuine warmth, approachable and fun-loving nature, as well as his focus on people – mentoring, guiding, and supporting them – are qualities we value in our leadership team. He is a person of great integrity, and we look forward to tapping into his experience as we move into the next decade of our success.”
Russ Stanziale, chief of sales and growth, IDeaS, said: “Many other industries envy the scale and sophistication of decision systems that IDeaS already has in place. More importantly, the pace at which it is evolving its solutions is accelerating. The company is expanding into new markets with more accessible UI’s and into commercial business functions with new offers beyond rooms revenue management. I am looking forward to pushing past our current portfolio to break ground beyond what we could have only imagined a few years ago.”
