The Hellenic Chamber of Hotels has partnered with ReviewPro to provide guest experience data to 10,000 hotels and campsites across Greece.
The goal of the partnership is to increase guest satisfaction at Greek hotels by improving the guest experience. ReviewPro is providing monthly reports to all 10,000 hotels who receive an overview of their online reputation to help them identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction.
Greece is famous for its hospitality, and now we are bringing in relevant analysis to help hotels to further improve their services according to guest feedback. This initiative has been welcomed by our members and they are looking forward to using this valuable data to better understand the needs of their guests,” says Alexandros Vassilikos, President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. “The data will be particularly useful for smaller hotels, which are a very important part of our industry. We are very happy to be partnering with ReviewPro to provide hotels across Greece with the information they need to evaluate and leverage their online reputation.”
“Online reputation continues to be the most effective and objective way to measure how well a hotel is delivering on guest expectations,” says RJ Friedlander CEO of ReviewPro. “We are delighted that the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels has chosen our solution to benchmark and leverage guest feedback and ensure a consistently positive guest experience.”
This partnership comes as part of a series of actions by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels to help promote and improve tourism in Greece. The organization is responsible for a variety of initiatives and projects including ‘The Greek Breakfast Initiative’, the ‘Boutique Hotel’ certification scheme, and the ‘CapsuleT’ Accelerator for Travel & Hospitality start-ups.
ReviewPro will also be helping the organization, along with the Greek Research Institute of Tourism, to conduct an extensive destination analysis of Greece, comparing hotels, regions, and seasons to identify long-term trends in the Greek tourism industry. In December there will be an awards ceremony, where hotels will be recognized according to their performance in exceeding guest expectations according to ReviewPro data.
