Since then, they have been able to automate the process of online inventory distribution quite efficiently. “Updating OTAs happens instantly now and so, we don’t have an issue with overbooking through these channels,” says Chris Woodley, General Manager of The Luxus Boutique Hotel. The hotel has seen benefits like 10% increase in revenue, 20% increase in OTA bookings and savings of numerous man-hours weekly.
Before adopting Hotelogix, the management was manually handling operations at the property. Due to this, managing daily operations was a time-consuming process and led to errors.
