Agata Hospitality adopts Hotelogix PMS

HotelogixHotelogix, a cloud-based Property Management System provider has been selected as the preferred technology partner by Indonesia’s Agata Hospitality. With Hotelogix PMS, the group aims to accomplish efficient multi-property operations. Currently, the group has adopted Hotelogix PMS at three of its properties.

Agata Hospitality manages and operates 6 highly popular boutique hotels spread across scenic locations in Bali. Thanks to their top-class guest services, all of its properties have garnered good ratings and guest reviews in almost all the leading hotel booking sites. At present, Hotelogix PMS is in use at three properties of the group – Umasari Rice Terrace Villa, Cepik Villa and AB Hotel.

Umasari Rice Terrace Villa was the first property of the group to have adopted Hotelogix PMS early this year. Prior to implementing Hotelogix, Umasari Rice Terrace Villa carried out all their hotel operations manually. They couldn’t automate their operations. They had to manually update inventory on OTAs, which was time-consuming, prone to errors and led to overbooking issues.

According to Ketut Ginastra, Managing Director of Agata Hospitality, their experience with Hotelogix at Umasari was excellent. “Look at our ROI in the last 9 months. Hotelogix has helped us generate 10% more bookings via both direct channels and OTAs and has led to a 20% increase in our overall revenue. This is the main reason, we have now adopted Hotelogix PMS at Cepik Villa and AB Hotel.”

Speaking about the multi-property capabilities of Hotelogix PMS, Ketut further said, “With the single sign-on and centralized control provided by Hotelogix, managing all 3 hotels spread across locations will now become easy. I can now see property level data from anywhere and anytime I want to.”

Expressing his views on this, Brijesh Surendran, Vice President – Partnerships & International Business at Hotelogix said, “Good to see that our PMS fulfils Agata Hospitality’s technological requirements to handle multi-property operations. We are sure that they will see similar ROI at the two newly added properties, too. We look forward to welcoming the rest of their hotels.”
