2018 has seen some exciting changes and progress for Rescompany. We have welcomed many new teams members to support our growth in the booming cruise industry. Resco PMS and POS are running on close to 200 cruise vessels currently, our team growth continues and we are onboarding two new seniors members into our Resco PMS and POS department: Robert Wawrzyniak and Ross Sutherwood.
Robert Wawrzyniak – Resco SMS Product Manager
Robert began with us in December and joins us in our onboard systems team with a wealth of industry knowledge to boost our already accomplished and active team. He will work between our Development team and Implementation teams, to improve the customer experience using his experience in product development and design. Being based in our Hamburg location with our Resco CRS and Central Systems team he will also aid integration between our Shore and Ship systems. Robert joins Resco from Oracle Cruise where he was the product manager for the MMS product for many years.
Ross Sutherwood – Resco SMS Operations Manager
Ross joins us next month to lead the overall SMS Team and Customers. Ross has been with Fred Olsen Cruise lines since 2000 and is very well experienced in cruise IT operations, technical areas and general ship systems and infrastructure. The UK will be his base, with regular travels to meet the wider team and customers. You will be hearing from Ross, as he updates you on exciting new applications and features of our product.
