Hotelogix helps Bali’s Umasari Rice Terrace Villa

Umasari Rice Terrace Villa is an 11-room boutique hotel, located in Tabanan, Bali. Set in a picturesque location in Mengwi, this property offers 3-star services that is ideal for couples. Prior to implementing Hotelogix, Umasari Rice Terrace Villa carried out all their hotel operations manually. They couldn’t automate their operations. They had to manually update inventory on OTAs, which was time-consuming, prone to errors and led to overbooking issues. They were also not able to set up and streamline multiple POS outlets that obstructed their flow of additional non-room revenue. They didn’t have a single-view of all hotel operations-related data. The management was also worried about data security.
