Extended Stay America announced today the opening of the 40th Extended Stay America Premier Suites
located in the city of Sparks, east of Reno, Nevada. Sandpiper Hospitality developed and will manage the property.
The four-story, 144-room, newly-constructed Extended Stay America Premier Suites Reno – Sparks will feature free Wi-Fi, complimentary healthy breakfast, premium cable, a fitness room, onsite guest laundry, an outside grilling area, and Extended Stay America Premier Suite’s signature spacious lobby with additional vending options. All spacious suites include fully-equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes, as well as signature bedding, recliners, and workspace.

The Extended Stay America Premier Suites Reno – Sparks is conveniently located a half mile off I-80 and five miles from the Reno-Tahoe Airport. The hotel is also near the Northern Nevada Health System, the University of Nevada Reno, and numerous government agencies. Known for its casino and tourism industry, Reno is the most populous city of Washoe County. It sits on the High Eastern Sierra foothills, in the Truckee River Valley on the Eastern side of the Sierra Nevada. Guests will be able to experience the Sparks Marina Park, Wild Creek Golf Course, Nevada Museum of Art, Fleischmann Planetarium, Rock Park, the University of Nevada Reno, and both the Nugget and Atlantis casinos.
