First Hospitality to operate Lively Hotel, marking first Oklahoma property for the company

First Hospitality, national hotel operations and development company, assumed management and operations of the LivelyFirst Hospitality Hotel in Oklahoma City, further advancing the company’s growth into larger urban city destinations.
The Lively Hotel, a 132-key boutique hotel, will join OAK, a 20-acre mixed-use development district of restaurants, bars, and retail shops in the heart of Oklahoma City. In addition to 13,500 square feet of retail space, the property also features a bar and restaurant as well as a 2,400 square foot outdoor bar and pool area on the second floor, a fitness center, and over 2,600 square feet of meeting spaces. The property will serve as the first Oklahoma property for First Hospitality, the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton in the state, and the 30th Hilton property managed by First Hospitality. With development underway, the property will open in summer 2024.
“The addition of the Lively Hotel to our property portfolio marks multiple significant milestones for First Hospitality. Expanding into this new market strengthens our relationship with Hilton as well as begins new relationships with key owners and developers in Oklahoma. First Hospitality is thrilled to be a part of the reimagining of Oklahoma City and looks forward to welcoming guests at this lifestyle property,” said David Duncan, president and CEO of First Hospitality.
OAK is an entertainment destination that will feature 250,000 square feet of retail space, 12 bars and restaurants, 320 luxury residential units, and more, that will further enhance Oklahoma City’s offerings as a destination.
