TPG Hotels & Resorts, and its marina management affiliate, TPG Marinas, one of the nation’s premier marina management companies, announced today they have assumed management of six east coast marinas for Epum Holdings.

The marinas in the portfolio include:
- Old Harbor Marina, Clinton, Connecticut
- Mystic Point, Mystic, Connecticut
- Spicer’s Marina, Groton, Connecticut
- Noank Shipyard, Groton, Connecticut
- Glastonbury Marina, Glastonbury, Connecticut
- Sunset Harbor, Essex, Maryland
