Radisson Hotel Group opens first Radisson hotel in France

Radisson Hotel Group has opened the doors of its first Radisson hotel in France at Nice Airport, following an extensive renovation of the property. Radisson hotel Nice Airport joins Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice as the second hotel of the city in the heart of the French Riviera.

Located in the center of the Arénas district and the Eco-Vallée, and opposite the city’s future congress center, Radisson Hotel Nice Airport features 151 rooms and suites, which offer a warm welcome. Situated just a few hundred meters from the airport terminal, visitors and guests are greeted by a relaxing atmosphere and treated to Scandinavian design elements with artwork tributes to the city of Nice throughout the hotel.

At the heart of the hotel, food lovers will discover L’Azur Bistrot Niçois, a brand-new restaurant where well-being is paired with indulgence. Offering a calm setting, the restaurant is located next to the pool and has a large terrace, enabling guests to enjoy al fresco dining during the summer months.

Chef Gaëtan Debes delivers inspired, modern Mediterranean dishes, after having previously led kitchens in Paris and gained experience at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant, La Palme d’Or, at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes. His menu at L’Azur is inspired by the region’s sunny flavors with fresh, local ingredients and includes charcuterie and cheese boards, all accompanied by classic cocktails. The menu also features several vegetarian and vegan options, as well as a selection of homemade desserts, ice creams and sorbets to round off the dining experience with something sweet.
